Hi I have cancelled service but public has again charge the monthly fee to my credit card.
Please help how to get it back

I suggested removing credit card from account. No way client will be charged if PM has no card on file.
And of course, no follow up on first topic nor any kind of feed-back from OP. Sigh...
@YummyYou can remove your card and any one leaving or cancelling any kind of an account would be considered as careless for not doing so beforehand. But what makes you think that the card has been permanently removed and could be in another cubby hole??
