Hello, So I was trying to set up my phone with an esim and when I was setting it was, it said that it was possible to do so on my phone ( google pixel 3 ) but when it got to the last step of installing the esim. it seems that it is not possible at all. I googled it after, and its confirmed that it can't. during the steps it asked for payment already. so i assume the account is now "active". is it possible to add a physical sim card to the account with the same number i picked? or would I have to cancel the account and try again with a physical sim? if I have to cancel, is there a way I can access the account? because when i try to, it sends a code to the phone number, which I dont have access to.

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

The Google Pixel 2 may have eSIM. To check dial *#06# and see if there is an IMEI for eSIM in your phone.
It shows that your Pixel 2 is compatible.

If it does or doesn’t you will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you switch to a SIM if your phone is not compatible or help you activate eSIM if it is compatible.

@jobolido12 Contact support they can sim swap the number for you to physical sim . By either sending you out one or pick one up from Telus / Koodo store ( corporate stores only) have them in stock of from Amazon . But if you contact support first they may reimburse you for picking one up yourself
send a private message To CS_Agent
