Just couple of days I switched my husband’s phone to public mobile because I am so happy with mine. I was wrong. His phone does not get the network. We tried on his phone and was told to buy a new eSIM which I did twice. Still no result. Please help.

Maybe try a physical SIM into his phone ? Generally speaking and not directed solely to PM, I have had zero luck with e-sims and have heard only stories of struggles. It might be worth the $5 to buy a physical sim and give it a go.

what phone does he has? iPhone or Android? is the latest eSIM the only one on the phone now ? Delete all the old eSIM and make sure the latest one is active, set to Primary and Turn on this line is enable.
