eSim not working.

I'm new to Public Mobile and tried to download the eSim to iPhone. How long was the loading supposed to take and am I supposed to get feedback when eSim loaded properly? I did get a message from Rogers to transfer wireless number to another service to which I replied "Yes". Unfortunately, I did remove my phone from the wifi network without thinking and maybe the eSim did not load? Is that possible? Is there any way to reload the eSim?

@EDNHere  You can check your welcome email for the QR code . Also check sim manger in phone settings and enable PM or set as primary  and reboot the phone see if that helps . If still no luck you can use this direct link to support
