My Account 90 day usage history

How do you download usage history for 90 days? Selecting that option/filter just under myaccount sends it to another screen where it says ‘loading’ and nothing loads. Is there a trick to get your usage?

@MacAJ_2024  It should be there and only goes back 90 days . But you can ask support for it also
