My account suddenly stopped recognizing my eSIM you provided since Jan 31. Could you please hook it up and make adjustments to my payment as I haven’t had use of it?

any chance you are in Calgary area ? someone report their phones do not work there
did you try Reset Network Settings of the phone?
Also, make sure other than PM eSIM, no other sim card or eSIM there (remove them if you have)
if still does not work, disable PM eSIM first, reboot, and re-enable it
Last, ask PM support agent to refresh the account

If you recently did an update to your phone, check and see if it's still set as primary.
This is the third time in 2 days I've heard this. Reach out to a CS agent to find out why.
