I signed up with PM and got set up with the eSim until my physical SIM came in the mail.
I just got my physical SIM. How do I switch from eSim over to my physical SIM? Can I do this on my own or do I need to use a support agent?

PM is a self-serve service so you need to change it yourself unless you have issues then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help.

Question though. Why would you want to switch over if the eSIM is already installed? I ask for my own learning of experiences of others. With that SIM card, you can use that as a back up in case something goes wrong with the phone. Also, you can also use it as a secondary account if you wanted to (instead of carrying two phones).
