make sure you have no other physical sim as well. For the Public Mobile esim, make sure it is enabled, or if it is an iPhone, make sure "Turn on this line" is toggled on. Then try Reset Network Settings

I am not able to get online support at all it’s keep showing choose this topic and so on and then sending me to this community page to ask my questions again tired of typing same long msg 😬 under my cellular it doesn’t show public but I did set it up as primary and i don’t have any other ESIM in my phone but I do see when I lock my phone on ,,,,left side of my screen public mobile but in terms of network I only see ….. on right side with my ,,,,wifi and is there an agent that can reach out

@Ravi5 unfortunately there is no number to call for live support but they do offer online support. If you go into your phone's cellular settings are you seeing the Public Mobile eSIM there? If so make sure it is set as Primary and if you have any other eSIMS (from other companies) either delete them or just make sure they are secondary. Do you have a physical SIM card still in your phone? If so, try removing it and restarting your phone to see if that helps.

As for the $10 credit, it does take up to 72 hours to show up in your account but I personally did not get it after waiting a week but I messaged the agent with the same link shared above and they were able to manually add it to my account.

I am super frustrated spending the whole day just to activate esim still not getting any sms and someone replied,me back with a link to create ticket, which doesn’t work at all and there is no number to contact public it’s annoying and they said you will see the credit after 3 days but my code didn’t even apply how do I get credit? Is there any number that I can call to public?

friend referral is a credit that will be added to your account after 3 days. So, for the initial activation, you still pay in full, you get the credit after 3 days and it will be used towards renewal
for the activation and esim, did you use the app to activate? if you did use PM app and got to the last step, then the esim has already been installed
please go to your Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular screen and check if Public Mobile esim is there. You just need to make sure it is enabled (or Turn on this line is toggled on), then reboot the phone and Reset Network settings
if no esim there, then ask PM support agent to check and help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
