CSA usually will take a few hours to respond. Check your private message inbox for response and continue with your interactions. Try to be as detailed in your messages since it take time for each back and forth interaction.

The problem is that I can’t access my account do to password and I can’t reset it do to my email password

do you want to change phone number or eSIM?

if you want to change phone number, simply login My Account, go to Profile and Change phone number there

if you want to change eSIM, login PM app from your phone, go to Account page and click Purchase sim card and choose eSIM
