Yes check if it is compatible. You will be wasting your time if it isn’t compatible.

If it isn’t compatible then you can pickup a SIM at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10, at Amazon for $5 or from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3.

If it is compatible, you need to login your account on the PM app and make the eSIM purchase. You will get a QR code by email to scan on your phone and everything will stay the same as your old regular SIM.

@jenny8675309  Yes you can absolutely keep your same phone number and plan switching from physical SIM to eSIM

Okay thank you I will definitely check to see if my phone is e-sim compatible absolutely I can access my account on here it's not about my Public Mobile account it's about my Google accounts and whatnot different accounts other than this one what I want to know is can I keep my same public mobile phone number that I have if I get a new SIM card preferably an e SIM card because I do not want to wait days to get it I would rather be able to get it immediately with the purchase so my question is my phone is incompatible number that I have with my physical SIM card that I cannot find

Check to see if your phone is eSIM compatible before you purchase the eSIM.

You can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email.

Once you are in your account. You can go to Account tab>Change SIM Card.
