US roaming Add-on Troubleshoot

Just purchased the $30 US Roaming add-on

Seems as tho the add on is not activated. I have roaming turned on in my phone settings.

when I try to call a US number I am met with the automated answer that I need to purchase an add on…even tho I already have and it’s listen in my usage.

@Luk3   Are you in the USA now, or calling the US number from Canada?

Go and manually connect to the AT&T or T-Mobile network and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

@Luk3  Maybe try rebooting the phone first and set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or Verizon
