Order 336128, placed march 15, 2023.

 

submitted a ticket, just got a message to submit ticket again, or contact. please help.

@sec0ndsentiment  - then respond to the ticket you submitted, or the response you receive from the customer support agent.

 

We cannot help you other than direct you to support, or source a SIM card elsewhere, as we are all customers like you here on the forum.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks, and there was also some issue with shipment of sim:

Please  open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
