So I'm leaving public mobile next week.. Is there anything I need to do? Or just deavtivate my credit card so I won't get charged?

If you're porting out the account will be instantly terminated, so download any call or payment history you want beforehand.

@laceydawn81 , yes disable autopay but personally I would also submit a support ticket & ask to have your payment card information completed removed from your account as an extra measure. That’s just my personal opinion though. You could also set your account to lost / stolen mode.

yes, if you don't need to port out the number, just disable Pre-authorized payments
To disable Pre-authorized payment, you can use *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -> Manage Payment Method, and then disable Pre-Authorized payment.
