Where does PM get the criteria for verification of the owner before helping.
I am not impressed with the security and anti-fraud questions. You are asked questions that be answered by logging on and going to look at your account but when the log is the issue and you can NOT get to your account some of those questions can NOT be answered. so a big delay , then they let you go ahead even though you NEVER answered the questions, why was is so important to ask them but yet they go ahead if you can't answer them.
Sending a one time secret magic code that expires is wierd too, because if you have the phone and you answer the correct code then it is YOU, but they won't help you because you don't remember when your last payment was made., some of the issues need to be fixed and updated to prevent high blood pressure and stokes in senior clients.
NOW my service is suspended because I can't log in to change my CC info after it expired. and you are still pretending to verify me, LOL

@maxatoon when you hve no problem, you think it is a waste of time
when you lost your account , then you will come and ask why support just give out your account without verfication

@maxatoon If you don't mind paying an extra fee (sometimes it's necessary if it's an emergency) or are unable to get to one of the retailers, then you can also purchase a voucher from muskbird.com or recharge.com. Muskbird apparently charges less than recharge.

Please understand PM is a provider that all supports are online, so validation is a very important step to assure the no chance of fraud
If you need your system back urgently, you can also buy a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London drug and load the voucher using *611. This is the quickest way to get your service resume first

There was no PIN set up before this happened,
you can get a voucher does help me,
1, don't know where to get a voucher
2. don't know HOW to get a voucher
3. can't log in so I don't think I can get a voucher

@maxatoon , just to be sure I understand correctly (I’m a little slow sometimes, sorry) you’re not able to sign into you “My Account “ to update your credit card information?
To update your payment card details, sign in to your “My Account” using the email address & password that you signed up with. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payments’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage Payment Method ’. Select ‘Update Payment Method’ and make the necessary updates. Select ‘Save Payment Information’ to confirm the changes.
Also, I find signing in works better when using a browser in private / incognito mode.
If I misunderstood what you’re trying to do I deeply apologize!

Other than just settling down before you give yourself one, perhaps you ought to consider a first or second tier provider.

@maxatoon If your know the PIN code you can *611 or if not you can get a voucher and *611 no pin needed to reactivate your account
