I followed their cryptic approach to trying to resolve a billing issue (through service agent). It isn't live, so it is uncertain when they will respond, and, yet, if the customer doesn't respond with 24 hours to a message from one of the mystery agents, they delete the ticket you have started. Try this when you're travelling across time zones some time.
Is there no way to contact a carbon-based lifeform at PM other than through this forum or CS agents?

Phone company does not have phone support!
Sitting on call listening to recording for 2 hours -mind numbing.
Talking to chat bot -frustrating.
Talking to human being on the support line=condescending (make sure of that or this).
Support from PM although delayed: Never disappointing. Raise a ticket=problem solved while you are sleeping.

@Nps from my experience, you can reply on the same message even it said closed, they will still work with you o the issue
