customer service assistance required

Public Mobile is emailing me telling me to activate my already active account. Don't know why this is happening, but it's the 2nd time now.

Can a customer service agent stop this from happening?

Chatbox to contact customer service agent isn't working for me.

Oh I hear you. I keep getting messages about all my points I've earned on the new point system. HINT. I'm on the old Legacy Rewards system. LOL. But.... please note, don't ever block their emails. You never know when a valuable email comes your way. Same thing on your phone with text messages. LOTS of people missed out on some hot offers cause PM was blocked.

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

Hey @Bry_guy 

Chat box is garbage!! If you've been active for a long time now, these are probably just erroneous emails. I get wrong emails all the time. Just ignore them. Not much you can do.
