Hello, I recently upgraded my plan from the basic option to the $39 plan, but it hasn't reflected on my account yet. Could somebody know when the new plan will become active?

The app is better than the website. Just download the app via WiFI and follow my instructions. If you read this thread, you'll see my suggestion helped him.

Hey @sqcd111 

It usually becomes active at your next billing cycle. Take a look at the phone app. 

EDIT. Hit enter not shift. LOL

Do you have the app on your phone? If so, see the circle plus in the bottom left corner. click on that and go to subscriptions and add ons. It should show there if it's pending.
