Do as the others have suggested, but be prepared to wait. It seems to be taking days for any response from @CS_Agent to get back to you. At least they are in my case and I have absolutely no working cell service (can't receive anything or call, text, data) still not response since Sunday afternoon and 6 messages now.
I can verify I also paid too and my number seems to have ported fine, so its all very frustrating right now.

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
