My credit card will expire soon, and the online update isn't working. it says the request can not be completed at this time. It is the same card and number and address but the expiry just needs to be updated, and the chatbot cant help.

I had the same issue earlier, it is now working. I did have to select more and logout in the app and then log back in for it to work. I also used a different card. I would suggest trying tomorrow if that works for you as there is a limit on multiple attempts in a day.

just don't bother using the chatbot...it'll drive you crazy. Use the link provided by other Community Forum contributors instead.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If everything fails, ask agent for assistance. Ticketing does not work either 😞

Website is finicky. Try again in one hour. Next time, try to clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or even try a different device.
