Us add-on paid, but not showing in add-on lost

Yesterday I added the 15day data/talk/text add-on, paid for it, got the receipt, but it's not showing in my add-on list and the phone is not working in the US. I've opened a ticket, but thought I'd ask here just in case . Am I missing something?

did you check the community inbox for agent's reply?

and did you try to connect to T-Mobile or AT&T? try both and one of them should work

make sure Mobile data roaming is enabled

I opened a ticket on friday. No response. I have also sent a couple of follow-up messages.

II've been stuck in the US with no data for 3 days now.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And, yes, roaming is on, and I've rebooted the phone many times...

did you open your roaming function when you using data?

@Bfine  reboot  the phone or try from  another device or check on the app instead . If you have been charged and it still doesn’t show up please submit ticket with support

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

And if you finally able to see the addon showing, then try manual connect to T-Mobile or AT&T
