Go to your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen. In your private messages click the arrow thingy at the top left for your sent/outbox. Check for your submitted ticket there. If you see it then you can keep an eye on your private message box for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up waiting time but expect a reply within the hour.
If you have nothing in your sent/outbox you need to submit a ticket via SIMon or send a private message.
