Although they say within 72 hours, they usually reply much quicker. Just keep checking the envelope icon on top right

Go to your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen. In your private messages click the arrow thingy at the top left for your sent/outbox. Check for your submitted ticket there. If you see it then you can keep an eye on your private message box for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up waiting time but expect a reply within the hour.
If you have nothing in your sent/outbox you need to submit a ticket via SIMon or send a private message.

YOU have to initiate contact with agent. Do not expect bot to that for you.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@fortis ok well if you created a ticket already then watch your community evelope top right corner for a reply
