I can assure you from my experience that ALL problems customer report HAVE BEEN reported in the past - multiple, multiple times.
ALL answers are here - if you search through Help file. But it is easier to post a question than to make an effort and do some search...

@Bwong2 No I unfortunately, everything is online . We are just customers like you . To get official support you need to use the orange chat bubble , bottom right of screen to engage support

but you submit them a ticket and they reply quick, within 4 hours
