Honestly I found that the ChatBot, community, and customer support are really quick and helpful. I guarantee, whatever problem you have, someone else has too. If you're a new customer, sometimes these things just take a bit of patience.

@Bwong2  No I unfortunately, everything is online . We are just customers like you . To get  official support you need to use the orange chat bubble , bottom right of screen to engage support

sorry, no number to call, all support is online 

but you submit them a ticket and they reply quick, within 4 hours
