sim activated but not working

Activated sim but wont work trying to contact support

is that esim or physical sim?  does it show SOS?

if physical sim, can you test the sim in another phone?

if esim, check sim manager, is the sim set to Eanbled or "Turn on this line" is on ?

@yorkshire  Have you tried to reboot the phone with sim in phone ?
