My grandson has a Public Mobile account that I pay for. He is no longer using the account. I want to close it. I do not have access to his password for the account in order to close the account. How do I stop future payments for his account.

@ckenc without any account access you best option is to contact your credit card company and ask for a stop payment on Public Mobile. After 90 days with no payment the account will be automatically closed and the old phone number will be returned to its originating mobile company where it will become available again
