Im using 50G Canada-US international supscription.

If I change to 65G international mid of cycling, it would be charged extra full price?

Yes, it would be full price. You would also lose the payment for the 50GB plan and not get any refund or credit.  Tell it schedule the plan change to avoid losing money.

it will charge you new plan price now and no refund for the remaining days for the current cycle. 

So, if you don't need the new features on the new plan, please use Change on Renewal option to schedule the plan change

@icpkdasm   Yes and you would start new 30 days cycle immediately and pay  the full price of the plan immediately . Instead Your best to change plan on renewal option so you don’t lose money on your current cycle PM is pre paid service and no refunds
