you start the port request with your new carrier, have you done that?
make sure your PM account is active. PM will send you a porting authorization text, you need to reply Yes within 90 mins
if you waited for over a day and still dont' get the text from PM, submit a ticket with PM and ask
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@mimi24 Sorry you can’t transfer number from one PM account to another PM account . What you can do is port number out to new carrier and port back in on the aPM account you want to keep instead
