We are moving and I have to get our home phone disconnected.
We would like to change my current Public Mobile phone number to our land line number.
We want to do it in the correct order so I have not contacted Telus to let them know yet.
What is the procedure to do this please?
Thank you
Pat C

Remember to keep your landline Active before putting over to PM.
I made the mistake in cutting my landline first and tried porting over so I had to pick a new number.

@RossN We're all still learning from the new layout. Might take me a few days or weeks! 😁

HI @pcroutch A reminder, please note that transferring from landline would take longer, 3 to 7 business days.

@pcroutch Log into your self serve account and from the Quick Link option, select Change SIM, from there you get the option to transfer a number.

You're not supposed to contact the Telus landline division to left them know. All steps to get the number transfered to Public Mobile and to get the Telus landline service deactivated are arranged by Public Mobile.
