hey guys i've tried to change phone numbers many times and everytime its says phone number change failed...??? my account is active...do you know why??thanks.

@tonyluckyboy  You can only change phone numbers once every 30 days.

You can start a ticket, but if you can, just wait until later today or tomorrow. When you try again, make sure you delete your cache and cookies and use incognito mode to eliminate any issues arising from previous attempts.

How long have you been trying.  has it just been today.  It could be the server is having some issues.

I had the same experience, too.

After networking stabilized, you can change your phone number.

Try it some other time.

So changing number in self serve does not work?

Or try later if there is system trouble.

You will have to contact the moderators to look into for you.
