my cell service shutoff because of an unpaid bill. i cannot login to fix it because i do not know my password. the forgot password isnt working, can someone help?

Can you access your account by calling 611? If yes then you can top up using a voucher. If you need they can be bought online from recharge.com

You will have to send the moderators a private message and unfortunately their response time is around 2 days currently.
- PM Phone Number
