Hey folks, saw the $35 USA / Canada / Mexico 75 gb promo. I click to subscribe and can't login get this flashing Eversafe screen, refreshes every 1.4 second infinitely. Tried incognito and 4 different browsers.
If I don't try to login following the prom ad, I get taken to my subscription options and the same promo is now $10 more at $45. I've tried via the app, online...I'm at a loss. Anyone else have this problem? Solution?

Your current plan probably costs more than $35, and Public Mobile isn't providing many options for downgrading spend these days. A workaround is to downgrade to the $30 plan effective immediately (you should see that as an option), and then you'll unlock the $35 Can/US/Mex plan which you can set to change to at next renewal.
Note that you will forgo any unused time in your current cycle if you do this, as there are no refunds or credits.

Public Mobile has done this intentionally so that members can only change to certain plans. If it's not in Your Account, that means you cannot switch to it.
It's based on your current plan for existing members.
If you are a new client, uninstall the app and try again.
It's not fair, but that's business.

Try using the app instead. Works MUCH better at times
