I call number and says person is currently on the phone and goes straight to voicemail. He has another phone so when i call him on the other phone to ask if he was on the phone he says he wasn't. He can call me but I can not call him.
He has Rogers. Is this a Rogers problem or a public mobile problem. Just wondering what the root of the problem is.

it is more a problem with Rogers than with PM., especially you can call his other number
