I tried to download app through qr code to activate my SIM card. But app store told me it was not available in my region. So I changed my region from Korea to Canada in my iPhone setting. However, It still doesn't work

if you already paid for the service and just unable to complete the activation because of the app download problem, you can ask support agent to help, they will pick a temporary number for you first to complete the activation ( You can change your number after)

@YounggeunKang did you change the region for the App Store setting? You will need to do it here. If you are still having problems downloading the app you can either ask a friend/family who has Canada already set as a region to download on their device and you can complete it that way OR you can contact support to have them do it for you:

@YounggeunKang Can you borrow a friends phone to download the app to activate then delete all from there phone and you can manage your account in the website after that
