i created a public mobile account but i cannot log in, and password reset does not work. when i open my account i get this page:
if i click "resume activation" i get routed to https://identity-np.cloudapps.telus.com/ where it asks me to log in again but my public mobile credentials that i just created do not work. if i click "go to login page" i get route back to login and am back here.
please fix your website.

@spoosh1 It’s the new ever safe ID having issues linking your account . You can try to reset password option and have code send to email to verify .then create new password use it and then have code sent to phone to verify then you should be logged in . If issues persists please submit ticket with support to help you
