did you use any travel eSIM or local data sim when you were in US? make sure you remove those non PM sim
and if you have a physical sim for PM, you can test it on another phone

I have iphone Xr and I spoke to Apple and we tried several things on the iphone and Apple thinks it is a carrier problem. I do not have data and I do not have phone services. I do not have access to text. On the top right hand corner it states SOS. I already try turning on and off Airplane mode. I tried resetting network. I went to the USA and came back to Canada since Saturday and I have not been able to connect to data, text and phone. Can you help please

I have an unlimited data plan. I have iphone Xr. Currently, I have no data, no cell service and not text. The top right hand corner states SOS. Apple checked the phone and said it is a carrier problem. I went to the USA and came back to Canada and it has not worked since returning to Canada.

@Madeleine_Chin what phone do you have?
You have voice but not data? Make sure you removed the old sim card and only using PM sim. Then try Reset Network Settings

@Madeleine_Chin Ensure you have mobile data on , also can try rebooting the phone to see if it helps also be sure to check your account and make sure you have t used all your data
