I am in Greece. I have not been able to to use my Public mobile account for weeks. I need to cancel it. I have been unable to cancel it since I cannot log into the account because I cannot receive the log in code that is liked to my old phone number. Please cancel my account ASAP. My old phone number that it was linked to is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. This has been very frustrating for my self and my Mom,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx who has been trying to help me. Please cancel my account.

Were you hoping to use Public Mobile in Greece?  Public can only be used in Canada or the US.  

Public Mobile is self serve.  You have to cancel your own account online.

The community is a forum made up of customers just like you.  Please remove all personal information from your post.  Thanks

You can login to your account and click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email.

Then go to Subscription tab âne disable Subscribe and after 90 days your account will be closed, SIM will not work anymore and you will loss your number.

You can enable Subscribe if you want to continue with service if less than 90 days.

Try click Didn't receive code , do you see send email as option? 

If it is there, login with the code from email first.  Then go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and then disable "Subscribed"

if you cannot even login , then ask support agent to remove the credit card on the system for you.  Message them:
