I ordered Public on March 3 but have not received my sim card It needed to be sent to the usa Ft Myers but did not get here is that the reason I have not received it yet.
I responded to an email twice with no response.
If the problem is that i wanted it to be sent to the usa then could the sim card now be sent to my billing and home address.
I have been billed already and not nearly yet getting to any service.
Please respond by email so that I can get this service resolved

we are just customers like you , please update your post (down arrow top right) and remove your address
instead, stead the order details and changes need to CS agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

or you can also buy another card from Telus/Koodo store instead
