I'm new to public mobile and cannot send or receive texts. What do I need to do?

It's finally working! I was getting errors submitting a ticket also. Nothing seemed to be working. They did some updates on their end. Then they said to reset the network, turn off the phone and take the simcard out for 5 minutes,then put it back in and turn the phone on. Thanks to everyone who offered solutions

@LLG here is some news from Public Mobile regarding this.
You can use the chatbot or orange bubble on your screen to message them directly to fix yours if this doesn't correct issue.

Known issue the last couple of weeks. You could try a network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi settings)
If that does not work,
you will need to contact customer service agent. Either submit a ticket via the chatbot or via the following link:
