Then you will need to contact customer service agent for help.

@Maddy7283 as stated if more than 90 days ago since last payment, sorry phone number cannot be reactivated.  If less, then are you able to sign into your Account and make a payment to resume services? Might have to buy a voucher to do so.

More details would be helpful.  

Is your account suspended now?  If suspended more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed and your phone number lost.  The phone number would go back to the original carrier which assigned you that number.
