I have gone through all of the number transfer prompts with the chat bot and my number still has not been transfered. Help me please.

new activation or existing subscriber try to port after ?
if new activation, did you use the PM app to port (Step 5 of subscription)
and is your PM sim currently active? can you make outgoing calls? Did you get a text from your old provider and did you reply YES?
if you cannot even make calls, it is not a porting issue but a problem with the setup, please open ticket with PM support.
