Hi
I switched to public mobile few days ago..
I can't receive or send any sms ?!
I've done the basic troubleshooting from what I read online. I noticed under
settings > messages > send & receive
my phone number says verifying
it's been stuck at verifying for few days I turned it on and off without any luck
any help would be appreciated

my issue is just with SMS, sending and receiving.
IMessage works, FaceTime works , phone calls work.
sms doesn't work. I have a side problem now I'm trying to login to the public mobile app. but EVERSAFE asks to verify with SMS to login now.
my thought process was to order a SIM card and do some troubleshooting with physical SIM with another phone rather than the ESIM.
is there a way I can get the login to my public mobile app fixed ?!?

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
if SMS, probably a problem with activation. Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.

Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS iMessages and such. No ETA of when it will be resolved.
