Since I transfer my phone no to public mobile, my previous Fido stopped my mobile service. However I can’t get OTP Verification from Public Mobile anymore, in order to go through the process, can’t install eSIM, no QR code at all.
please advice what can I do? Can I get it on my email instead?

I have no incoming & outcoming call anymore since yesterday. My previous carrier Fido has terminated the service as I replied transfer my phone number to Public Mobile.

hi @SukC do you get inbound and outbound calls ?
If only inbounds has problem, it is porting issue. will send you the porting team number and they can confirm if porting done
if no outbound as well, please submit ticket with CS agent for account refresh to fix it
