I'm trying to complete the activation of my sim card, it ask me to validate my identity, sure.. it first sends it to my email, get passed this, then ask me again to validate my identity by sending me a SMS to the SIM - number that I'm trying to activate.. created a ticket earlier today not got any help back.. I've receive a private chat, replied with the needed info.. anyone can get this shaking, so I can start using my service???

HI @Aquaba on paper, it sounds bad
but i have any times got wait on the phone for long, like30 mins. Then talk 2 mins and the agent told me he can't help and need to transfer me. So, another 30 mins wait
So, messaging sometimes is not bad

Problem here is it takes an hour or two till I get a reply, state my problem answer the questions, then another hour or two goes by. Then a new agent comes along, who doesn’t clearly read the dialogue, and I have to repeat myself over and over again. The problem is not getting resolved, just making me frustrated to deal with multiple people to resolve an issue.

Did you try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on?
If it still doesn’t work then you will need to wait. Submitting a ticket on Chat is normally faster than pm a CS_Agent.
