actually, you need to update your APN. Please update as follow:

Hello @KerryHu7619
Since you said it was a Vivo X100 phone.... I'm more of an iPhone guy myself. However, I was able to help someone resolve this with their Android phone. Now, this particular phone isn't on Public Mobile's whitelist so it make not work properly. You can try this and see if it works. Go into your network settings, find the carrier area, you will probably have your phone set to Automatic. Turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot the phone and try again. See if that helps.

iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Android: ettings > System > (Advanced) > Reset options > Reset network settings.
Tap RESET SETTINGS.
