Hello,
I recently switched to Public mobile and since the switch, I have not been able to send or receive sms messages .
Can someone please help

Thank you for your help!!
It turned out that my number was not migrated fully.
I had to enable my old sim card from my previous provider and run the migrate process again
All good now!

first, Reboot and try Reset network settings
if same, and you have an Android, uninstall , reboot phone and reinstall Google Message
or if you have an iPhone, go to settings to manually remove the phone number, then reboot phone and go back to enter the phone number back to re-trigger iMessage registration
