Hello
Can not make a call saying no minutes left so i just added $15.00 to account and still can not make a call saying no minutes left but i went to my account and says $15.00 left. Can anyone please help,thanks. Janice

How did you get on? You already had funds in your account did you have any issues choosing the add on and then scrolling down to confirm and submit your ayment for purchase?

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:
if you still not working do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again

@5bz4 if you just added $15, do you see Available Fund = $15 ?
If so, now you can head over to Add-ons and buy the minute add-on. PM will take the money from the Available Fund on your account.
After you buy the add-on , you Available fund will be reduced, reboot your phone once and you should be good to go.

On the $15 plan you get 100 outgoing minutes. You must have used it up for this cycle. Purchase the Add-On 500 minutes for $5 in self service. This add on will stay on your account until used up.
