can I get refund partially if I switch provider?

so I heard that PM works differently as it's like prepaid provider.

I want to switch back to other provider, will PM refund me back partially if I switch over between billing cycle?

@Mimia @Yes that’s right no prorating so it’s best to change plan for next renewal and not right away so you don’t lose money in your current cycle

if I switch plan, then do I pay for new plan and get no refund for previous plan if I switch before renewal date as well?

yes, prepaid is you pay the service for the coming 30 days but no refund

if you can wait, port out the line on the last couple days of your current cycle to avoid loss

@Mimia  No sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds , best to switch close to your renewal date
