Signed up this morning, received email that all is good. Phone is still showing "unregistered sim". Tried removing and re-inserting sim. No change. No service. Restarted the phone several times. No change. No service. Very frustrated. Public Mobile app very slow, difficulty logging in. Need help.

If PM charged you and your account was activated, the SOS simply means the sim was not properly permissioned yet.  Easy fix for PM support and you simply need to engage them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
** due to high volume of activation, expect longer than usual time for support to reply

Hi, I tried the PM sim in an iPhone 14 and it only showed SOS. No service.

@Paul_1958

does that phone have dual sim slots ? If so, try sim in other slot.

Sorry, not able to try in another phone. Current phone was used with Koodo this morning. Purchased two years ago. It is supposed to be unlocked. Is there a way to confirm that it is?

if possible...try your sim in a different unlocked phone. See if it'll work in a different phone.

due to overwhelming uptake of PM 's Black Friday offers, the PM website has been "swamped" today. Things should get back to normal tomorrow.
