tried 3 times. got charged 3 times (showing as visa authorized). new subscription plan sign-up on newly registered account never gets processed passed visa payment. Crashes. Never gets to number transfer / activation. Will not try again. Error code M.8703. This is a technical issue that needs to be resolved.

The app doesn't work either. When you log in you see all the stages and you are forced back to selecting a plan and continue to Payment and then it will crash at payment. My account is newly registered. On the website, when you log in it will have "continue activation?" and when you press it, guess where it goes to? ...the payments section again.

Exact same thing happened to me. 3 authorized transactions ... never made it to the end once.

I believe you were only using a browser to activate
To activate, you need to download the PM app and continue the activation from there, which you will be asked about the phone number
