@gary1951 the error indicates that the system is unable to match the login email with your My Account. Easy fix for PM support but you need to engage them via private message:

@gary1951 as mentioned, please remove your sensitive data from your post by clicking on the small circle in the top right corner of your post with a little "v" in it, from there you can edit your post to remove it as this is a public forum, ANYONE can see it.
For payment, you can click on this link to add a manual payment:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
You can also go into your Public Mobile account and update the payment information to include your credit card number if it's not already there.

@gary1951 This is public forum please edit and remove your credit card info . You need to log into your account and make manual payment from the payment page in your account .You can also buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load them *611
